A HOUSEHOLD OF GOD IN RIGHTLY DIVIDING APPROACH

Just an inquiry: As believers in Christ in this Dispensation of Grace, are we now fellow citizens of the commonwealth of Israel? Please read what the Apostle Paul says in his epistle to the Ephesians.
Ephesian 2:12
That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
Ephesians 2:13
But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
Ephesians 2:14
For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
Ephesians 2:15
Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
Ephesians 2:16
And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
Ephesian 2:17
And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
Ephesians 2:18
For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
Ephesians 2:19
Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
Ephesians 2:20
And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
CLASSIFICATION OF THINGS IS RIGHT WITH GOD

10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are IN HEAVEN, and which are ON EARTH, even in him:
Citizens of the household of God must be understood in its broader sense based on the categories of which in the dispensation of the fullness of times He might gather together in one all things in Christ of which those IN HEAVEN and ON EARTH.
The place of gathering denotes not be situated in one place but an understanding two separate places all under subjection of God's dominion as the passage reads:

A PROPHETIC HOUSEHOLD OF GOD
In the past, under the commonwealth of Israel, God had chosen a special people and a favored nation ON EARTH and sets all His plan pertinent to God's earthly purpose to set a promised LAND WITH ABRAHAM and a KINGDOM WITH DAVID.
The Messiah who is the Christ was prophesied to save the lost sheep of the house of Israel and reign with them in David's throne. All the way in Christ's earthly ministry with Israel as favored nation over the dogs, (Gentiles) he chose Peter as a master builder through which the kingdom gospel and earthly kingdom purpose shall be carried out.
The church ( household of God) whose marching order delegated to Peter's authority which shall be built by Christ in the future, denotes in consonance to God's prophetic plan for the 12 tribes of Israel with the 12 apostles representing them.

A question whether if the church the Body of Christ will be part of the commonwealth of Israel is not in view and shall not qualify it's sound basis because the commonwealth of Israel was set through dominance of the law. The fact shows how in the " but now" period God had abolished the law and declared "GRACE REIGN" to all people in this world without distinction.

Relative to the Church in our time, it's no longer Peter but Paul who had given charge to carry out the purpose being an instrument where the foundation and whose foundation Christ has to be set. He's the master builder to carry out God's plan IN HEAVEN wherein the citizens of God will be gathered.
RECENT CITIZEN, A HEAVENLY CITIZEN IN THE HOUSEHOLD OF GODEphesians 2:16

The clear explanation sounded through Paul's epistles made plain that the rejoining of "both" unto God (in the family of God) is not "BY THE LAW" but "BY THE CROSS". The point is that the citizens of God today were not in view of the commonwealth of Israel but a citizen of God in the household of God to carry out things IN HEAVEN in the dispensation of the fullness of times.
In the time when Peter declared the gospel of the kingdom prior the ushering in of the dispensation of grace, Christ's death is something needs for Israel to be repented for killing their Messiah and King (Acts 2:36-38) until a revelation was given to him how the blood of the New Covenant shall be the basis for Israel's purification IN THE WORLD TO COME when Christ shall reign with them in the kingdom ( 1 Peter 1:2). Both household of God (citizens in heaven and on earth) are purified and justified THROUGH THE BLOOD OF CHRIST and that fulfill the truth that WITHOUT SHEDDING OF BLOOD THERE'S NO REMISSION OF SINS. In the ECONOMY OF LAW, almost all things in the LAW are PURGED WITH BLOOD (Heb. 9:22)
DECLARING PEACE BY THE CROSS
Ephesian 2:17
And came and preached PEACE to you which were afar off ( Gentiles), and to them that were nigh (Jews).

Paul's instrumentation in the "but Now" period covers one single purpose to declare PEACE to both Jews and Gentiles without distinction BY THE CROSS.

What made both Jews and Gentiles have access in ONE SPIRIT unto the Father today is simply through the REDEMPTIVE PLAN OF GOD FOR SALVATION by the gospel which Paul declared and the testimony of the GOSPEL OF THE GRACE OF GOD( Acts 20:24).

Paul made plain when is the occurring period our blessedness (as Gentiles, far from God) took place. Paul said "NOW", the "BUT NOW" which is NOT THE COMMONWEALTH OF ISRAEL, BUT BY THE GRACE OF GOD IN THE DISPENSATION OF GRACE. 'YE' (the Body of Christ) are no more strangers and foreigner, no longer FAR IN TERMS OF RECEIVING BLESSINGS AND DECLARED BLESSED PEOPLE, BUT FELLOW CITIZENS WITH THE SAINTS (this idea of household of God in broadest sense with citizens ON EARTH AND CITIZENS IN HEAVEN) and of THE HOUSEHOLD OF GOD.

Yes, indeed! We are citizens in the HOUSEHOLD OF GOD but not in the COMMONWEALTH OF ISRAEL.
